Our Inspiration

We finally stock the two toys that really sparked our interest in wooden toys: the Ostheimer Brown Cow and Selecta Spielzeug’s Girali grasping toy. These were the first wooden toys we gave to our eldest son, toys that at that time were very hard to find anywhere in America. (The brown cow was also one of the first toys we sold.)

They are now to be found in our third son’s room (or in the living room, or the car, or the…well, you get the idea), and after eight years they continue to delight. Good toys never go out of fashion, and I’m happy that we are able to bring to our customers the very items that started us off.
